Sometimes life deals you a hand that at first glance isn’t a winning one, but it’s all in how you play that hand.

What I do have going for me in the cards life dealt me are a warm and tender loving soul, an optimistic outlook, and a happy and energetic approach to life. I have overcome much, redefined my life, and found peace in those decisions.

Even though I no longer work as a chef, I enjoy making amazing home cooked meals. I should be up front and share that at this time I am homebound and can no longer drive. However, I love to get out to the movies, to listen to music, or to explore interesting ingredients at the market.
