Watching the ferries come and go at Mukilteo is interesting, but would be a lot more fun with someone by my side. It would be wonderful if he enjoyed taking photos of the area and just watching the birds on the shore.

Conversation would flow easily on a variety of topics. But, we would both know that just being together in silence is OK, too.

I'm a retired middle school teacher. Now that I'm retired, I've gotten involved in volunteer activities I have been divorced since 1996 after a 28 year marriage. No serious relationships since then. However, I seem to have more time now and would enjoy having someone to do things with. Past that - ??

I'm a liberal Democrat who thinks Congress (both parties) has become a national disaster. I'm active in my church. I'm interested in interfaith connections.
I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

As to music, I like everything from Pavarotti, and Chopin to Enya, and Yanni. I enjoy going to concerts and live theater.

Enjoy PBS. Think the BBC puts out some really good TV shows. I read quite a bit. I enjoy reading books about social issues as well as biographies, mysteries and historical novels.

I believe that there is much, much more to a true and lasting relationship than physical attraction. Genuine caring for the needs and concerns of the other person is a must.
I am not concerned about a disability. I had a mastectomy 13 years ago and have been cancer free ever since.
