I suffer from depression and am on Veteran's Disability. What do I want? To meet someone alone as I am and the two of us come together and change each other's lives.
I think maybe I've been single too long...the thoughts of finding someone will forever remain a dream. Truly a miracle in my eyes... My journey to my present location in Ponchatoula began with promise. My sister needed someone to stay with her. No rent…great! The Tangipahoa flood after Hurricane Isaac took my Harley and most of my property. A few weeks later my sister was smoking in bed and set the place on fire. I made it out…she didn’t. So I lost my sister and whatever else I had. I now find myself living in a neighbor’s room built onto the rear of his home. My life’s a mess…and it’s hard to think anyone could find such attractive. But I can still dream. And I’d like to find a friend…a pen pal…the scent of a woman in my life.
I'm thinking maybe I should content myself with the enjoyment I get riding my bike for now. And summer’s coming and I love to crab in Lake Pontchartrain. Also I need to rededicate my energies to exercise and findpmg the joy in life even if a part of my heart is lonely.
