I've still got my own hair (I keep it in a box under my bed!) It is brown and is still on the top of my head.So are my eyes ( brown that it is -not on the top of my head). I am 6 foot 2 inches short and of a average build.
I boat, ramble -a bit like this profile- and swim when I'm up for it - do lots of rural and urban walks (mainly cos I cannot afford the bus) I used to work part time as a lawyer for a charity..
: I sometimes go for long weekends away but the down side to not working is that you are financially restricted. I like waking up knowing that on that particular day there is nothing I have to do. I think my life style is linked with what is called down shifting.
Now I have the time to progress ideas I have had for sometime.
My interests include the usual reading, socialising etc - i.e. a non-exhaustive list! - Attending summer music festivals ( Glastonbury where I used to work on the gate), stand up comedy shows (where I usually try and sit down): boating (jointly own a boat); visit the countryside (a few years ago my family inherited a run down welsh cottage and i am doing it up).several years i broke my leg up a nearby mountain while searching for circuit walks but had my very own "touching the void" experience.
we let the cottage out to friends as it is a non profit making enterprise .In fact we are so good at this that we are making a loss!! my neighbors have allowed me to harvest their damson orchard each year which is the other side of the fence so i'm damson obsessed - wine , jam, chutney . you name it i have made myself sick after tasting it . joke - its all edible - not my sick: the damson products - silly. And we want to get more people to be owners of the boat to reduce costs; not so much a ownership but ownerboat !!.
Sadly my once loyal kidney transplant failed this summer and I am back on a machine but hopefully it want be long before I get another one. long story. wrote a book about it.
