I'm a 65 year old disabled veteran. I am recently divorced earlier in 2021. I have a grown son that I am extremely proud of and four special granddaughters.
My disability limits my physical movements because of chronic pain/fibromyalgia. I feel that having that commonality of knowledge and experience of dealing with chronic illness is an advantage. Don't you get tired of being told how good you look but on the inside there is always a storm brewing? So yes, understanding and compassion is what I seek. At this age we have accumulated a lifetime of experiences that can be used to find common ground and compatibility. I don't have any specific type of woman in mind. I don't like to exclude anyone. Each of us are to be valued and appreciated for exactly who we are. I'm looking forward to conversations and contacts that hopefully will be fulfilling for us both.
